This epic-couture statement piece, the wrap coat, has an open cut with a shawl collar and a waist belt to emphasize it if desired. All measurements should be measured close to the body. The chest circumference is measured over the strongest point of the breast (with bra), the waist is measured at the narrowest point, this is not necessarily at the belly button and the hip is measured at the strongest point of the butt.
