Chest circumference - At the widest part of the chest, measured horizontally.
Waist - At the narrowest part of the torso.
Hip - At the widest part of the buttocks, measured horizontally.
Thigh circumference - At the widest part of the thigh.
Knee circumference - Measured loosely around the middle knee joint.
Calf circumference - At the widest part of the calf.
Ankle circumference - Measured tightly around the ankle.
Crotch-ankle - From the crotch vertically to the ankle.

Measurement Guide
- Height – From the top of the head to the floor, standing upright, no shoes.
- Neck Circumference – Around the base of the neck, comfortably snug.
- Upper Bust – Directly under the armpits, above the bust.
- Bust – Around the fullest part of the chest, horizontal and level.
- Underbust – Just below the bust, firm but not tight.
- Waist – Measure at the narrowest part of the torso.
- Waistband Height – From waist vertically to the top of the hip bone.
- Hips – Around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.
- Thigh Circumference – Around the thickest part of the thigh.
- Knee Circumference – Around the center of the kneecap.
- Calf Circumference – Around the widest point of the calf.
- Ankle Circumference – Snugly around the ankle bone.
- Shoulder Width – From one shoulder point to the other across the back.
- Neck–Shoulder – From the base of the neck to the outer shoulder edge.
- Sleeve Length – From the shoulder point over the bent elbow to the wrist.
- Shoulder–Elbow – From the shoulder to the elbow.
- Forearm Circumference – Around the widest part of the forearm.
- Upper Arm Circumference – Around the widest part of the upper arm.
- Elbow Circumference – Loosely around the elbow joint.
- Wrist Circumference – Just above the wrist bone.
- Armpit Circumference – Snugly around the underarm.
- Shoulder–Nipple – From the shoulder point to the nipple.
- Back Length – From the base of the neck (C7 vertebra) to the waist.
- Armpit–Waist – Vertical from armpit to waist.
- Inseam–Ankle – From the crotch straight down to the ankle.
Waist–Floor – Vertical from waist to the floor (barefoot).
