The shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. If an incorrect postage and/or delivery method has been selected in an order, we reserve the right to change the postage to the country-specific amount or to correct the delivery method.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Austria within 2 - 5 weeks, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 6 weeks after order confirmation. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If items with different delivery times have been ordered, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have an individual agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined as follows

 

PAYMENT
Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order. For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the total price shown. Note: Please note that any fees (e.g. for money transfer) will be charged to the buyer.

The return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Each individual item of clothing is subjected to careful quality control during packing so that we can rule out any damage, soiling or similar on our part. Accordingly, careful and proper handling of the clothing on your part is a basic prerequisite for taking it back.

Please understand that we cannot take back any items of clothing that you have soiled, worn (more than just trying on), washed or dry-cleaned. Any damage to the garments caused by improper fitting shall be borne by the customer.
